Working Principle

The motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the reducer. Material falls into the center of the grinding disc from the feed inlet while hot air enters from the air inlet. Under centrifugal force, material moves to the edge of the grinding disc and is crushed by the grinding roller. Crushed material is carried by high-speed airflow at the air ring edge - large particles fall back for re-grinding while qualified fine powder is collected in the powder collecting device. Moisture-containing materials are dried during contact with hot gas.
